A versatile product range for a wide variety of applications and industries
In punching, we process all common elastomer and plastic grades, starting from a material thickness of 0.3 mm. Extrudates such as hoses, hose rings, profiles and round cords, also finished in various ways, as sections or by the metre in bundles or wound on rolls, as well as with colour code stripes or self-adhesive finishes. Moulded articles made using the established manufacturing processes CM, TM and IM from elastomers, TPE, sponge rubber, silicone, LSR and FKM / FPM (Viton) as well as plastics (thermoplastics).
Punched parts & flat seals
Punched parts and flat seals of all kinds are our largest production line and, thanks to long-standing and reliable partners in toolmaking, can be supplied at short notice and to individual requirements. To various standards and approvals, on request with single-sided self-adhesive finish and fabric reinforcement.

Moulded articles

Sealing rings, hose rings and moulded sealing rings
Sealing rings and hose rings, punched, extruded or moulded in all standard sizes to PG, metric or customer specification. On request to various standards and approvals for drinking water and food applications, and with a colour marking on the outside diameter.

Cut-in rings
Cut-in rings allow a single hose ring to be used several times. Different diameters can be separated by hand or with a knife. To PG (DIN 46320), metric or your specifications. A cost-effective alternative to individual production. A process developed by Mr Richard Siegel.

O-rings

Water jet cuts with no tooling costs at all, for small and medium series, prototypes, and very large or very small geometries. Abrasive cutting with the addition of fine sand is also possible for hard materials.
