Material
We process NR, SBR, NBR, CR, EPDM, H-NBR, PUR, cellular rubber, sponge rubber, silicone and Viton, among others, and on request also aramid fibre materials.
Temperature resistance
Resistant over a wide temperature range from -60 °C to > +200 °C, for use in different environments, countries and applications.
Design
Suitable for all DIN flanges, to DN flange or custom contours, partly from our own tools. Also with various bore holes to your specifications.
Reinforcement
On request with one or more fabric inserts to increase the stability and pressure resistance of the flange seals.
High loads
Made of aramid fibre materials for very high temperatures and pressure ranges, and also from high-pressure sealing material by well-known manufacturers such as Frenzelit, Hecker, Tesnit and others.
Tools & contours
Depending on dimensions and geometry, produced with low-cost steel rule dies to keep costs to a minimum.

Robust custom flange seals
Universal flange seals are usually compressed and bolted between two flanges, for example to prevent a medium or air from escaping. We manufacture them to your specifications and requirements, to DN flange or custom contours.
On request, the material used is also available with fabric inserts to withstand high pressures and provide greater stability. They can also be made from aramid fibre materials, which additionally withstand very high temperatures and pressure ranges. We manufacture to drawing, sample or your end product.
