Production

Electrical properties
Available as electrically conductive (EMC) or electrically insulating with the appropriate volume resistance.
Protection rating
Designed to guarantee various IP protection classes, e.g. IP64, against the ingress of water, moisture and dust.
Material
We process NR, SBR, NBR, CR, EPDM, H-NBR, PUR, cellular rubber, sponge rubber, silicone and Viton, among others, on request also electrically insulating with a specific volume resistance.
Temperature resistance
Resistant over a wide temperature range from -60 °C to > +200 °C, for use in different environments, countries and applications.
Standards & approvals
On request to UL 94 V0/V1/V2 and FMVSS 302, KTW-BWGL, EN 16421 (formerly W270), DVGW, FDA, BfR and EC 1935/2004 as well as ATEX. In the automotive sector also to common automotive manufacturer standards.

Depending on dimensions and geometry, produced with low-cost steel rule dies to keep costs to a minimum.
Self-adhesive
On request self-adhesive on one side, with release liner or a punched pull tab for quick assembly.
