Custom diameters and lengths
Much like our hose rings, we also manufacture hose sections that are used in a wide variety of applications: to protect sensitive components such as coated or painted pipes and aluminium round profiles, and also as spacers or connecting pieces in numerous components.
Where cut lengths of more than 50 mm are required, these are generally no longer called hose rings but hose sections or hose pieces. Here we can produce a wide range of diameters in lengths of up to 800 mm.
Cut from free-cured hose by the metre, cut round and concentric from mandrel-cured hose, or cut with circular knives. In the extruded version, the outer diameter can also be ground on request to ensure tighter tolerances.
