Thin valve flaps of our own design
Valve flaps, also known as ventilation flaps, are used as vent grilles, frames and panels for commercial vehicles of all kinds. The flaps prevent the buffeting in the cabin that probably every driver knows when a window on one side is opened while driving.
With punching tools of our own design, we are able to manufacture thin valve flaps, starting at a material thickness of 0.3 mm. Special types of packaging are available, e.g. to enable automated assembly. The material is available to various common automotive standards.
