Multiple Sealing Inserts
SIEGEL Dichtungen is your manufacturer of multiple sealing inserts made of elastomers and TPE. We produce from small to large series, as moulded articles, as water jet cut samples and prototypes or, for thin gauges, as punched parts. The inserts reliably seal several single cables in brass or plastic cable glands while also providing strain relief and kink protection.

Material & grades
Various elastomers: NBR (very good oil resistance), CR (self-extinguishing), EPDM (UV, ozone and weather resistant), silicone (high temperature resistance) and TPE, or to your requirements.

From the smallest diameters, e.g. for PG9 cable glands, up to outside diameters of more than 100 mm.
Temperature & chemicals
Resistant over a wide temperature range from -40 °C to > +200 °C and to various chemicals and media.

Sealing several cables in one cable gland
We manufacture multiple sealing inserts using different production processes, from small to large series: the universal solution for sealing several single cables in brass or plastic cable glands. They are usually designed as 2-hole, 3-hole or 4-hole inserts on a specific pitch circle diameter, or entirely to suit your requirements and applications.
The inserts have through holes or are closed on one side by thin membranes, which are pierced by the cables during assembly. They can be made from elastomers such as NBR, EPDM and CR as well as from TPE. Whether you need a standard multiple sealing insert or a custom design, our experienced team will be happy to help.
