Various elastomers: EPDM for outdoor use, CR (chloroprene) in a self-extinguishing version, NBR for oil contact, silicone and Viton (FKM) for high temperatures, and TPE.

Resistant over a wide temperature range from -60 °C to > +200 °C for use in different environments.

Tight tolerances and various contours
Conventional sealing rings are punched or extruded. Moulded sealing rings, by contrast, are produced in the mould, which allows us to achieve tighter tolerances, with rounded edges, steps and various contours. On request, engravings with a logo, part number or production date are possible.
They can be made from elastomers such as NR/SBR, NBR, EPDM and CR as well as from TPE, in different colours and with various approvals. Whether you need a standard moulded sealing ring or a custom design, our experienced team is at your service.
