Overview
Compression and injection moulded elastomer parts
We manufacture moulded articles from elastomers, TPE and thermoplastics in a wide variety of geometries. Depending on the component and quantity, different moulding processes are used, from simple buffers and sealing inserts to complex cable bushings and shaft seals.
In compression moulding (CM), the required quantity of uncured rubber compound is placed in a two-part mould and vulcanised under pressure. Transfer moulding (TM) is a further development using a three-part mould, in which the compound is injected into the cavities under pressure. In injection moulding (IM), the compound is preheated by a screw and injected through the runners into the individual cavities, where it is vulcanised.

On request to UL94, KTW-BWGL, EN 16421 (W270), WRAS, KIWA, ACS, DVGW, FDA, BfR and EC 1935/2004 as well as automotive factory standards.
Small to large series
From small series to large series, on request in special colours up to company-specific shades.
Marking & finishing
On request with engraving or marking of article and drawing numbers, cryogenic deburring with nitrogen, as well as post-processing and cutting.
