Hardness range
Standard hardness ranges from 30 to 80 Shore A, special hardnesses possible.
Temperature
Temperature-stable depending on the material, EPDM up to +120 °C, silicone (VMQ) up to +200 °C.
Resilience
High resilience for a lasting sealing effect, excellent resistance to deformation under thermal or mechanical load.
Insulation
Good electrical insulation properties, depending on the material.

Materials
What are rubber square profiles?
Rubber square profiles are extruded elastomer profiles with a square or rectangular cross-section. They are easy to process, highly flexible and suitable for a wide range of sealing and damping applications. Depending on the material and dimensions, they offer excellent resilience, media resistance and temperature stability.
Our rubber square profiles are manufactured by continuous extrusion. This ensures dimensional accuracy, material homogeneity and economical production, even for small and medium-sized series. Cross-sections can be adapted quickly, and we produce special geometries on request.
