Material
We process NR, SBR, NBR, CR, EPDM, H-NBR, PUR, foamed materials such as cellular rubber (closed-cell) and sponge rubber (open-cell), silicone and Viton (FPM/FKM), various foams and plastics, among others.
Temperature resistance
Resistant over a wide temperature range from -60 °C to > +200 °C, for use in different environments, countries and applications.
Standards & approvals
On request to UL 94 V0/V1/V2 and FMVSS 302, KTW-BWGL, EN 16421 (formerly W270), DVGW, FDA, BfR and EC 1935/2004 as well as ATEX. In the automotive sector also to common automotive manufacturer standards.
Tools & contours
Depending on dimensions and geometry, produced with low-cost steel rule dies to keep costs to a minimum.
Fabric insert
On request with one or more fabric inserts to increase the stability and pressure resistance of the flat seals.
Self-adhesive
On request self-adhesive on one side, with release liner or a punched pull tab for quick assembly.
Delivery forms
Depending on geometry, stacked or bundled in cartons, on request with cardboard layers to prevent slipping in transit.

Custom flat seals
We manufacture flat seals individually to your specifications, to drawing or sample. A wide variety of materials is available to us:
- Graphite: ideal for heat-resistant applications up to +1000 °C and resistant to chemicals.
- EPDM: resistant to UV radiation, ozone and weathering, seawater-resistant, ideal for outdoor use.
- NBR: resistant to contact with various oils and greases such as mineral oil and transformer oil.
- Sponge rubber: open-cell foam for flexible applications with optimum sealing performance.
- Viton (FKM): heat-resistant and chemical-resistant, ideal for demanding environments.
- Cellular rubber: closed-cell foam for thermal and acoustic insulation, electrical assemblies and enclosure seals, with very good compressibility.
- Silicone: for high temperature ranges and hygienic applications, e.g. FDA-compliant or to BfR recommendation, also as silicone foam.
Our flat seals can also be supplied with fabric inserts or self-adhesive films with release liner, as an assembly aid for your particular installation situation.
Heat-resistant flat seals
For extreme temperature conditions, our heat-resistant flat seals made of materials such as graphite or Viton, FKM, FPM and silicone are the perfect choice. These seals withstand temperatures of up to +1,000 °C and provide reliable protection in heating systems, industrial furnaces and other applications.
Flat seals for flanges
Our custom-made flange seals ensure secure sealing in piping systems, in the sanitary sector, in pump manufacturing and in industrial plants alike. They are available to various standards and in various dimensions to meet your requirements.
