Material
Made from elastomers and plastics, e.g. Teflon (with butyl coating), silicone, light-coloured elastomers for the food sector to FDA, BfR and EC 1935/2004, and flexible PVC.
Diameter
From many existing tools as well as freely selectable diameters, in a range from approx. 3 mm to > 100 mm.
Shore hardness
Available in various Shore hardnesses from very soft (25 Shore A) to very hard (80 Shore A) for full-surface, reliable sealing.
Material thickness & coating
In various material thicknesses, on request with coatings that prevent sticking inside the closure caps, or self-adhesive on one side for better fixing.
Function
Reliable sealing against leaking, evaporation or hardening of the respective contents through selection of the right diameter.
Assembly
Very simple to use: just insert into the respective screw fitting or closure cap.
Approvals
For screw-capped containers holding food to FDA, BfR and EC 1935/2004, for medical products, paints, varnishes and solvents with a wide variety of chemical resistances.

Sealing washers, e.g. for closure caps and screw caps of all kinds, provide reliable sealing against leaking, evaporation or hardening of the respective contents, provided the right diameter is selected. Using them could not be simpler: they are just inserted into the respective screw fitting or closure cap.
We manufacture punched washers in a wide range of diameters and materials for lids and closure caps of all kinds, in small series or large quantities.
