Overview
Custom punched parts and flat seals
Simple contours are produced with low-cost steel rule dies to keep tooling costs to a minimum, more complex geometries with multi-part solid tools. The tool design is optimised so that material waste is kept as low as possible.
Materials processed include NR, SBR, NBR, CR, EPDM, H-NBR, PUR, foamed materials such as cellular rubber and sponge rubber, silicone and Viton (FPM/FKM) as well as plastics. Material thicknesses from 0.3 mm to 5 mm for punching, thicker materials up to approx. 50 mm water jet cut on request.
